It is very important that you feel comfortable and relaxed with your hypnotherapist and this is why I offer all new clients a free no obligation half hour consultation. If, after this consultation, you feel that you would like to begin treatment, I can offer you a session straight away. I will also advise at this point how many sessions I feel you will need. I find that most of my clients are very keen to get started right away and for this reason I make sure that I allow plenty of time for each new prospective client.
If, however, you are not sure whether you wish to proceed at this point, then you are of course under no obligation to continue.
My fees are £70 per session. Although each hypnosis session lasts about one hour, it can go on for longer if the client needs more time. The fee remains the same. As part of the treatment I record a hypnosis download specifically tailored to you which you can use between sessions and after treatment. This is a unique and important part of my practice, and many clients tell me that regularly listening to their own personalised hypnosis message makes a huge difference to their wellbeing.
For my stop smoking hypnotherapy sessions, I charge £160 for the complete programme.

I realise that these are difficult times so I am introducing a new less costly option for people who are not able to travel to my clinic, or those who may be on a budget.
All you need to do is send me an email, describing the issue you have, and I will then record a personalised hypnosis download for you to listen to at home. Payment for this is £35, payable by bank transfer.
