Whilst everyone realises the dangers of smoking, it is widely recognised that smoking is such a strong addiction, that receiving the correct help and support when you decide that you want to quit is essential. Hypnotherapy can help to take away cravings which means you have no desire to smoke and you no longer associate smoking with other pleasurable activities such as watching TV, eating, drinking, talking to friends etc.
